Mary Byrne - Mary Sings The Sixties

Mary Byrne - Mary Sings The Sixties

Mary Byrne, one of Ireland’s best known and loved singers, is set to release her fourth studio album MARY SINGS THE SIXTIES this autumn. The collection of new recordings sees her perform her favourite songs from the sixties, many originally made hits by women who inspired her powerful vocal and her courage to succeed. Classics made famous by Dusty Springfield, Sandi Shaw, Petula Clark, The Righteous Brothers and more are all here delivered in Mary's own unmistakable style. Mary also duets with country star John McNicholl on two tracks, Dream Lover and All I Have To Do Is Dream. The duo toured extensively together in the UK in late 2016. The first single to be taken from the album is I Just Don’t Know What To Do With Myself. The song was a massive hit for Dusty Springfield in 1964 and is one of Mary’s all-time favourites.
